Patrick has a friend in Uganda whose parents were murdered during the war there. He actually walked in and found there bodies as a young person. Now during trials he has had to testify and relive what he saw and it has been a huge blow emotionally to revisit those memories. Please pray for emotional stability and physical strength as he deals with this horror.

Patrick has received many hours of translations for his documentary and wants prayers for strength and clarity as he continues to work towards the getting this done by his deadline.

Mexican potluck was a big hit! 11-02-07

It was such a fun night! I don't know when I've enjoyed a class get together more!
It was fun and relaxing and the conversation was grand and the kids had a great time too!












The grownups loved the time to talk and share and laugh.
The kids loved Twister the best but Clue and Monopoly and building with dominoes were big hits too.

I hope everyone can come next time!

Friday night is kid's night out at church. Our class is getting together to eat and play games.

prayer requests for week 10-28-07 - 11-04-07

There were no prayer requests this week but I have heard some so far this week.

- Andrew and Andrea's kids are sick

- Carla and Stacie have the flu.

prayer requests from 10-21-07

• Andrew & Andrea - up in the air with everything. They want God's will for where to live and everything, even whether to continue as a general contractor. They need guidance.
• Carey & Lorri - God's anointing while they are ministering away
• James - praying for opportunities to speak and the words to say to lead people to Christ
• Lord, Make today a fresh new day for each of us instead of us plodding through another day the same as yesterday. May God's will be primary on our hearts.
• Patrick - met a man while on a walk named Chris. His girlfriend is having a baby(a girl they are naming Carissa) and he says he isn't sure how to be a father. Pray for wisdom and guidance on fatherhood.
• Patrick - praise - financial help for the project is coming in!
• Simone - Dr Carter, the chiropractor she used to work for has colon cancer.
• Simone - her uncle had to have surgery on his foot this week - she sent this in an email to the class list.
• Simone - needs guidance about a job opportunity, not sure whether or not to take it.
